Are you a High School or University student living in the Newcastle area who loves working with children..?

A paid position exists for a motivated young Christian coordinating a Wednesday morning Children's Holiday Program for 3-12 year olds in the parish of Windale.

The program consists of a range of physical activities, stories, craft and is facilitated by a small team of people over which this position would have oversight.

The program runs between 9:30am - 12:00pm each Wednesday of the school holidays, with extra time being required each week for preparation. There is also a budget allocated for resources to assist in running the program.

The Parish of Windale is also seeking a committed and talented Christian Musician to assist in leading worship once a month at their 5pm family Eucharist.

Responsibilites would include planning and coordinating worship elements of this service, as well as meeting and forming connections with other musicians to try and build the parish worship team.

Competency in at least one lead instrument is preferred (piano, guitar, etc) as well as being able to lead by singing. This could turn into a paid opportunity for the right person.
